Rental Period: 3-day weekend (Fri pickup, Mon return). Late returns incur a $20/day fee.

Pickup Only (unless delivery selected): All items must be collected from and returned to our Redford, MI location.

Deposit: Non-refundable. Remaining balance is due at pickup or on the date stated above.

Damage Policy: Renter is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items at retail replacement value.

Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling allowed with 72+ hrs notice, subject to availability.

Condition: Items must be returned clean and dry. A $25 cleaning fee applies if not.

Availability Clause: This agreement is subject to inventory availability. In the rare event of a conflict, Twelve21 Events will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
